I have had a great journey so far , 14 days on the shakes and I’m down a dress size , I take two a day and a meal in the evening and drink loads water /also the herbal beverage in-between and take a vitamin tablet , I’ve loads of energy and feel way better in myself . The only thing I would say the delivery is quiet slow so you need to order your next one in good time .
