SHIPPING STANDARDS

We employ Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

• Orders placed before 12:00pm are usually sent to the warehouse the same business day. While it is not guaranteed many times these orders normally ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.
• Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.

A claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted within 14 days of placing your order. This is a legal requirement of the courier!

If a delivery has been made to a safe place all the necessary checks must be completed before a claim is submitted to the courier NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS. If extended periods of checks and communications cause the 2 weeks to laps, the claim is not valid!
