The Herbalife 21 Day Challenge lasts for 21 days and combines healthy daily nutrition with a simple exercise plan to follow. By signing up (free of charge) you will gain access to our challenge zoom calls, online workouts (during challenge periods) and should you wish to, our Facebook group dedicated to the challenge.
