Product is great but this took over 2 weeks to be shipped and delivered. I emailed querying my order to which I received no response. poor customer service

All order are generally recieved in between 48 - 72 hours in Ireland/EU and 24 hours in the UK.

Purchased the sour cream and onion flavour protein chips. They have a great crunch, good flavour and are filling. Good sized portion. A little expensive but overall a good product.

Did the F1 shakes during Covid and it worked a treat.
So doing it again after deciding it was time to loose a few lbs.

Dont forget that one you hit your target goal - Dont stop! Just reduce to 1 shake per day to maintain.
